Nanit, one of the top baby-monitor brands on the market, was about to launch their next generation of products, spearheaded by the Gen 2 Camera. This transition marked a pivotal moment in the company— growing from a tech start-up, to a renowned parenting brand.
For a launch this big, Nanit needed a cross-functional creative team to not only execute several marketing projects, but to also act as an extension of their own.
Kworq developed a comprehensive, cohesive and elevated brand refresh that was implemented across all of Nanit’s marketing channels. This involved streamlined branding, updated visuals, packaging updates, paid ad campaigns, 3-D product modeling and so, so much more.
Over the span of the three-year partnership, I took on art direction for the Gen 2 launch, which spanned across multiple mediums including digital, print, web design, campaign development, photography and video production.
Like most start-up brands, Nanit’s first generation of products was a big ol’ experiment, and so was their visual brand. Now that the state-of-the-art Gen 2 camera was about to launch, along with several new exciting products, they needed a set of guidelines to maintain consistency and uphold a premium standard.
A fresh new Brand Bible was just the ticket— a place where all rules & guidelines of the visual brand can live, including logo usage, colorways, photography styles, copy standards and more.
This launch wasn’t just centered around their new camera, but a whole new generation of Nanit. They now offered more options for Breathing Wear (their soft-goods line), along with hardware accessories and product bundles.
This required updating packaging across the board, which was over 100 pieces of packaging across 50 different SKUs. (talk about attention to detail!)
There was one area in particular that needed a makeover; Nanit’s lifestyle imagery. We produced a whole new line of content to be used across all brand/marketing materials, including packaging, social media, website and paid campaigns.
The overarching piece, the Hero Video, portrayed a day-in-the-life of parenthood. Keeping authenticity and relatability at the forefront, it highlighted both the great and not-so-great moments, and conveyed how Nanit can help parents rest easy through the chaos, knowing that their crib is covered.
Acting as the headquarters of Nanit, the website is the main area where users can shop products, explore sleep science and learn helpful tips on how to improve their baby’s sleep.
Their website lacked organization and consistency, so we conducted a 360 website refresh, complete with modern UI design, efficient navigation, and a cohesive look & feel.
Over the span of our three-year partnership, we produced numerous digital campaigns for new products, holiday/event sales, exclusive offers and more.
This content was distributed across various media channels, including organic social, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest paid ads, Google display ads, email blasts, and blog posts.
