SOUTH FLORIDA ART SHOW

EVENT PRODUCTION / ART CURATION

In March of 2018, I produced, curated and hosted Culture Club, a Florida-based art show consisting of eight visual artists, musical performances by Woolbright, Ghostflower and Supergold, and a special live-reading by poet Vincent Elektra. Inspired by the concept of “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” the sold-out show raised over $1,300 for the ACLU.

C&I STORM

INTERACTIVE INSTALLATION EXHIBIT

INSTALLATION DESIGN / EVENT PRODUCTION

In June of 2018, I designed, crafted and produced STORM, an interactive, multi-dimensional installation. The piece consisted of motion-sensored cloud formations, an eight-foot tornado sculpture constructed from recycled materials, and immersive projections that brought to life live-recorded journal entries, narrating the story behind the installation. Inspired by the ideation, creation and collaborative synergy experienced within a team of artists, STORM was seen by over 300 attendees during Fort Lauderdale’s monthly Art Walk.

LET'S GET WEIRD

NYC COMMUNITY TALENT SHOW

EVENT PRODUCTION / CURATION

In May of 2023, I curated and produced Let’s Get Weird: A Show of Creative Talents at Kworq’s studio in Gowanus, Brooklyn.

An ode to grade-school talent shows, this community-oriented extravaganza featured a collection not-so-typical talents from NYC’s finest, gifts & goods by Human Flower Productions, wine and spirits sponsored by Gowanus Wine Merchants and Halftone Spirits, and a multi-prize raffle sponsored by Four & Twenty Blackbirds and Stumptown Coffee.

Hosted by comedian Michael Bevan, the sold-out event showcased the potent creative forces of the Brooklyn community, from a burlesque Bob Ross skit, to a tap-dancing duo, to a musical number dedicated to Antonio Banderas. All proceeds from the event were donated to Gowanus Mutual Aid.
